Our story
UXnicorp started between friends
who wanted to work differently.
We started as freelancers and over time we realized that what we valued most wasn't just building things, but how we did it: honestly, with closeness and truly understanding the people who trusted us.
Why do we exist?
We saw confused clients, inflated budgets and a lot of unnecessary technical jargon. Most people didn't need more complexity, they needed more clarity. That's what made us say "let's do this ourselves".
How we think
The philosophy behind every project.
These aren't corporate values. They're the concrete decisions we make every time we start something new.
Understand before building
Not every project needs a huge solution.
Before proposing anything, we try to understand what each business actually needs. If something isn't necessary, we say so before quoting it.
Speak plainly
No jargon, no smoke.
We explain everything simply and directly. Without hiding processes behind technical terms or making things seem more complex to justify the price.
Genuinely accompany
We don't deliver and disappear.
We accompany, suggest ideas and help even with things that often aren't part of the project. Because we care that it actually works for you.
Build relationships
We're part of the process, not just a vendor.
We work best when there's trust and real communication. We like feeling that we're on the same side as the people who trust us.
The team
We care more about the project working than about showing how much we know.
Over time, UXnicorp grew, changed and found its own identity.
People, projects and stages passed that helped us understand how we wanted to work and what kind of relationship we wanted with the people who trust us.
Today we're still a small, close-knit team, very involved in every project. We like knowing that behind every website there are real people, real businesses and years of effort that deserve to be treated with respect.
If you feel we can help you,
we'd love to hear about your project.
We believe the best projects are born when there's trust, clarity and a genuine desire to build something useful together.
